Shipping Terms

1. General Information About Shipping

Every order is crafted for you with meticulous attention to detail. We do our best to get your new favorite pieces to you as quickly as possible.

2. Production Times & Processing

Production usually begins immediately after we receive your order.

Production time: 1–2 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

You'll automatically receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

3. Delivery Times

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the following estimated delivery times apply:

• Germany: 2–3 business days
• International / EU: approx. 3–7 business days

Please note that delays may occur during peak periods, such as Christmas, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping costs

We keep our shipping costs transparent and simple:

Germany

• Standard shipping: €5.90
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within Germany on orders of €70.00 or more.

International / EU

• Standard shipping: €13.90
• Free Shipping: We offer free international shipping on orders of €250.00 or more.

5. Service

Your order will be delivered directly to the shipping address you provided.

We work with various shipping providers to ensure the best service for your location.

6. Customs duties (non-EU)

For shipments to countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland or the UK, additional customs or import duties may apply. These are not included in the price and are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns

You can return your order within 30 days.

If something doesn't fit or arrives damaged, please let us know. If there are any errors or defects, please contact us within 14 days and include a photo of the problem.
