Right of withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the item is shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Policy
For a return to be accepted, the item must:

Return shipping costs: We will provide you with a return label. Just send us a quick email, and we’ll send it to you. The cost of the label will then be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or defective items

European Union – 14-day cancellation period
For orders within the European Union, in addition to our 30-day warranty, there is a statutory 14-day cancellation period during which you can cancel or return your order without giving a reason. The return policy remains the same.
Refunds
- As soon as we receive and review your return, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.
- The refund (minus the cost of the return label) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
